Informative story in Monday’s News & Record about the art planned for the Downtown Greenway. One of the artists commissioned to create a signature work for the greenway is Brower Hatcher. He’s based in Rhode Island and, according to the paper, has some 40 public art projects to his credit.
Hatcher’s Greensboro work will be a “colorful, 40-foot sculpture of stainless steel rods.” Since it’s still mostly an idea, there’s nothing to see at this point.
But a little cruise down the Internet reveals what Hatcher can do.
Wow.
